A new project was handed by LOBRAUS to the Uruguayan government in 2006 to build an intelligent building tower with the adequate level to attract export & import companies and international operators linked to Hinterland of Montevideo Port.

With this investment LOBRAUS believes it will transform the Port of Montevideo into one of the most modern Ports of South America and one of the main HUB Ports in the world.

The tower will be an international logistics pole, which not only will accommodate LOBRAUS, but also new offices of other national and international companies engaged in activities related to import, export and brokerage. This tower will also be the home of branches of foreign companies which may be in the country attracted by the Free Port law and the comfort of an intelligent building.

Strategically located in the port of Montevideo, LOBRAUS TOWER provides the perfect combination of design, functionality and comfort to conduct business more efficiently and with a magnificent view into the Bay and Montevideo Hill (Cerro de Montevideo), it features a structural work of art by wrapping the warmth of their offices with a double glass membrane allowing the pleasure of enjoying a privileged environment.
